Erin M. Ellis is an experienced leader with a diverse background in leadership development and executive coaching. Throughout her career, she has worked with hundreds of internal and external clients, successfully identifying and creating solutions for their unique needs. She has developed a brand of being a trusted advisor and brings passion for partnership and solutions discovery to every client engagement.
Over the past 20+ years, Erin has practiced all aspects of talent development in-house with General Electric Company and Hertz Corporation, and as a consultant & coach with numerous clients in industries such as financial services, software, pharma, bio tech, healthcare IT, energy, pest control, hospitality, packaged foods, fin tech, manufacturing, and medical. Her background has breadth with demonstrated success in both generalist and specialist roles. Erin's career has been focused on HR client partnership, executive assessment and coaching, talent management, leadership development, culture transformation, and process improvement. She graduated from the University of New Haven with a Master of Arts in Industrial / Organizational Psychology and has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Albright College. She is a certified practitioner/coach for the Birkman Method and Predictive Index. In addition to her passion for developing talent, Erin also enjoys facilitating process improvement initiatives- she is Six Sigma Green Belt certified and Black Belt trained.
Erin is originally from Pennsylvania, has resided in 8 US states, and has visited 47 out of 50. She currently resides in Naples, Florida, with her husband, Wade, and their two sons. When she is not serving clients, she can typically be found supporting her sons on the soccer fields of Florida, or skiing and hiking in the mountains of Maine.
